Problems - please help!

hi since this last upgrade made in VB, I am experiencing some severe problems considering visualization, uploading and management in my gallery. The main index is out of date, once I have made a clean up in all my presentations. Everytime I try to upload images, the page stops responding and everytime I try to make up some changes, It does the same. Changing the display of the main page, results the same. When I try to delete one or more of those presentations I had in my last mainpage, the page stops, not letting me even logoff.

My browser is IE7, I tryied this on Firefox 2.0.0.14 or even on Opera 9.26. I had cleaned the cache several times without success.

Hi, what is the operating system you are working on (Mac Osx / XP / Vista)?

Does this summarize the problem you experience correctly? 1 – You cannot upload 2 – The Image manager blocks when you upload 3 – The Image manager blocks when you change your mainpage (your portfolio web page) 4 – You main page is not showing the changes you’ve made

Can you tell me more exactly what you were trying to do when working on points 3 and 4.

And are you sure all of this also happens in Firefox?

NOTE: As soon as you click one of the top buttons; ‘Upload images’, ‘details’, ‘style’, ‘share’ a transparent white overlay appears above the page with a small edit window on top. The transparent overlay blocks the page, so you MUST click the ‘close’ button in the small window, before continuing.

I’m having the same problems that antoniomatias have, since the last upgrade.

I can’t manage my presentations, can´t change my homepage text, can’t view the last presentation i’ve created. Every time i try to change something with the top buttons, the image manager blocks showing that transparent white overlay.

I also noticed that the images download is very very slow now, when viewing any presentation. I tryed to store images both in USA and Europe but it’s the same.

I use Windows XP and IE 7.0.

1. I can´t change my homepage text: Open your web page in the ‘Webpages’ tab, then just click the text on your web page and edit it. Also see: http://www.viewbook.com/support/Site/WebpagesAddText

2. Can’t view the last presentation i’ve created: Can you be a bit more specific about this?

3. Every time i try to change something with the top buttons, the image manager blocks showing that transparent white overlay: In the middle of the transparent white overlay you should see an edit window. Do you see this? Or do you only see the transparent white overlay?

4. Image download speed differs from time to time. But it should be ok/fast most of the time.
