Length info in text boxes

Please supply length info in text boxes thanks.

Additionally, I think it would be better if the two text boxes in “edit image” tab could admit the same name of characters by line. I mean, the first text box (title) only accepts 20 characters long, but the second text box (content) accepts more than that, more than 30 characters. It would be better if they both would have the same lenght by line. The first textbox would have only one line (more than 30 characters) and the second one would have more than one line (maybe 200 characters, i’m not sure about that). I hope you get the idea. Sorry if I can’t explain it better but I speak spanish and little english.
