A few ideas
|
|
1) Better control of puplic portfolio pages. ie. the ordering of presentations, control of preview image (selection and cropping). Better editing tools for the public pages, titling, links, etc. 2) Presentation options: better integration/design of the description. maybe a drop shadow/outline option? keep up the great work! |

just to clarify. I have a series of vertical posters in a presentation. On the portfolio page it presents a crop of the first poster as the preview image. However, the image does not fill the full horizontal space and looks out of place around the other presentation preview images. It would be great to be able to select the specific image and crop area for the preview image. |

i couldnt agree more. also with the “better integration/design of the description” mentioned above, id like to have an option that allows that description of each slide to be viewed automatically everytime the next slide loads, instead of having to click manually to read it. second, when viewing a presentation, id like a button that took you back to the portfolio page. awesome product though, cant wait to see what you guys do next – thanks! |

@lokidesign: - ordering: we’ve fixed the ordering of your presentations on you public portfolio page. In the presentation options you can change the date of your presentation, and so reorder presenatations. The order on your public page will be the same as in you presentations listing in the image manager tool. - preview image: the preview image is the first image of your presentation. Cropping: this will add complexity to the application, we’re not sure if this will add enough value. For now you have to select an appropriate (horizontal) image. - presentations design: we’ll keep making it better! @ergalvin: - we’ll add an option so that the descriptions will stay open. - we are going to make a back link to your portfolio page. Thanks very much for the feedback, much appreciated. rien – viewbook. |
