hello, i think we can pretty much agree that everyone here, is thrilled about the new viewbook thats about to come out!! me personally, i think its amazing, so simple clean, i would not change much. my question: viewbook seems to be the perfect tool for web designers, that want to allow theyr clients to access theyr own galleries kind of like CMS! just external!! its setup in 30 seconds, no bulky installation or scripts! and for clients its easy to navigate! i was wondering if you would do something like a developer license’s? i.e slideshowpro is selling 20 keys at once!? could we expect something like that? yes?? i would be your first customer! |

oh.. reading my post above makes no sense! i lost it :o) what i ment was: can we expect that you will be selling 20 viebook licences at once?? so a webdesigner could be using this for his clients?? |

yes we’re thinking about a developer or reseller licence. There are a lot of designers / developers using Viewbook as a CMS for simple portfolio websites. We’re not quite sure yet what to enable and what not: - do you want pure XML (or API) acces to the presentations and text pages - or is the embed function enough? |

i think the the way it is is perfect! the javascript embed function is easy, fast, and simple! as i said i think the service as it is is outstanding! the simpler it is the better :) thaknks for your fast reply, im counting the days until the new release!! |
